Job Description

DCD Automotive Holdings is looking to add a parts shipper/receiver/driver to our team at Nucar Honda of Westford, 299 Littleton Rd, Westford, MA 01886! This position play's a crucial role in ensuring that automotive parts are accurately received, organized, shipped and/or delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocks and posts incoming orders
• Ensures that credits are received for returned parts, where applicable
• Accurately implements and maintains file records for all appropriate documentation, both manual and computerized
• Assists in parts returns, as per Manufacturer's requirements
• Completes bills of lading in accordance with federal and state requirements, where applicable
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up
• Completes deliveries when necessary

S kills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record required
• Parts department experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarty with automotive terminorlogy is a plus
