POSITION SUMMARY:

This position requires a valid New York State Pistol Permit* Pay Range: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00

POSITION SUMMARY:

The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of store operations and merchandising to ensure financial efficiency, inventory control, customer service, proper merchandise presentation, Associate morale and other duties as assigned. Essential functions include supervising management staff, opening and closing the store, staffing with service-oriented associates, supporting customer service, meeting financial goals, controlling assets, maintaining merchandising directives, executing sales and payroll plans, ensuring a safe environment, resolving issues, and providing a legendary customer experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years in high volume, multi-store retail management experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Financial acumen, problem-solving skills, report analysis, effective communication, proficiency with PC systems, interpersonal skills, and team management. Physical Requirements: Computer work, walking, standing, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various environments and conditions.
