General Manager

McDonalds This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonalds USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals and develop plans with leaders to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running highvolume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience is acceptable.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage a corporateowned location.

Location: Troy, MI. Salary: $85,000.00$110,000.00.
