Requirements

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• The General Manager works with leadership to set restaurant goals and creates a plan to achieve them.
• The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helps set their goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching to improve department performance.
• The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
• Ideal candidates have previous General Manager experience running highvolume locations and a background in quickservice restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
