The company has already acquired three businesses with plans to acquire additional business.The RoleThe client is seeking a seasoned and strategic General Manager to lead its operations in New Jersey, including oversight of newly acquired businesses in the region and support for future acquisitions in the region. This role is ideal for a proven leader in the automotive services industry—such as auto repair or collision—who brings a strong mix of operational expertise, P&L ownership, and people leadership. The General Manager will be responsible for driving performance across multiple locations, integrating new businesses, and managing teams ranging from technicians to senior leaders. This is a high-impact role requiring an individual who can seamlessly navigate between shop-floor execution and executive-level strategy.
