Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Helper Production to join their team. As a General Helper Production, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Helper Production

Location: Mason, OH

Pay Range: $20.50/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3pm-11pm

What's the Job?

• Perform tasks of cleaning and assisting in changeovers.
• Move pallets with various products from/to different areas using manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Supply necessary raw materials and supplies to the packaging lines.
• Label cases accurately and ensure all raw materials are correct according to shop orders.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in the 5S process for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience operating production machinery.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
