Sign On Bonus $50,000

Annual Guarantee of $200,000 for the first one year

Location: Scottsburg, IN
Average Salary: $230,000-$400,000

About You: 

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school; Or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a degree for DDS or DMD.
• Current, valid dental license to practice in the state or ability to obtain.
• DEA certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
