Our client is seeking a **Gas & Chemical Technician** to join their team. As a Gas & Chemical Technician, you will be part of the Project and Equipment team supporting gas and chemical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Gas & Chemical Technician **Location:** Fremont, CA **Shift** : Must be **available for both day and night shifts.** + Workers will **start on the Day shift** and may be moved based on business needs. + Potential shift rotation: **Day shift for 3 months, then Night shift for 3 months.** + Compressed shifts may apply depending on experience and operational demands. **What's the Job?** + Support and lead the technical demands of the site's gas or chemical equipment. + Ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures and emergency preparedness. + Drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture. + Perform cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems. + Involve in troubleshooting and repairing all Versum Materials Gas Systems. **What's Needed?** + 2 - 3 years of experience with chemicals and/or gas. + High School diploma or equivalent. + Must have a valid driver's license. + Ability to communicate effectively in English. + A desire for a long-term career path with potential for permanent employment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in semiconductor gas and chemical systems. + Potential for career growth and advancement within the company. + Be part of a team that values safety and quality. + Work with cutting-edge technology in the semiconductor industry.
