Donor Coach (Fundraiser)

This person is responsible for working within our Fun Generous Hub team to assist our fundraising efforts through  asking, welcoming, and thanking a list of people involved with The Hope Venture.

The person for this role should:

• have  five years of work experience in a people-oriented role
• be highly relational and be excited to interact with donors from all different backgrounds
• be  comfortable making financial asks to donors
• be willing to commit to the role for 3+ years
• be able to work well within our team culture
• have a heart for what we do

What you'll be doing:

• Network with people in Lincoln to invite more people into our work
• Schedule, meet with, and build relationships with donors and leads
• Connect donors to opportunities for impact and share updates back
• Assist our FGH Team in putting on fundraising events and campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to work towards annual funding goals
• Manage recurring donations and communications through our CRM
• Travel overseas 1-2 times per year to connect donors to our work
