About the Role: As a Freight Broker TL/LTL, your main responsibility will be to oversee the transportation of goods and materials for our company. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using transportation management software Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Experience in managing TL/LTL shipments Familiarity with different modes of transportation (e.g., trucking, rail, air, ocean) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials for our company Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Skills: In this role, you will utilize your strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with carriers and customers.
