  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure the team is always equipped.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading and managing a housekeeping team in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
