About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Financial Planning and Analysis to join their global team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the R&D, US G&A, and US Commercial departments, providing essential financial support and analytics to influence strategic and operational decision-making. This role involves a deep engagement in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and various financial analyses, as well as a strong focus on global consolidations and variance analysis. The Executive Director will also be responsible for cash flow forecasting and will work closely with the CFO and global finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for a financial management qualification or equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years' in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, is required. The role demands a professional with strong leadership skills, a proactive and problem-solving attitude, and a proven track record of success in a global, cross-functional environment.
