We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to gain practical experience in leadership, marketing, and event coordination. No prior experience required — paid training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives and event promotions across multiple campaigns

  • Assist in daily business operations to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, donors, partners, and stakeholders

  • Analyze event performance and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives
