Emergency Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 144 hours/month 12/24 hrs Pay Rate: $360000.00 - $415000.00

Position Highlights

• Employment Type: Full-time | W-2 or 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule Options:
  • 12-hour shifts (12 per month)
  • 24-hour shifts (6 per month)
  • Total: 144 hours/month
• Facilities & Patient Volumes:
  • Burleson: 12-hour shifts | ~47 patients/day
  • Grand Prairie: 12-hour shifts | ~29 patients/day
  • Mansfield: 24-hour shifts | ~21 patients/day
  • Murphy: 24-hour shifts | ~21 patients/day
  • Rockwall: 12-hour shifts | ~33 patients/day
• Facility Setup: 16 beds (8 ED + 8 inpatient)
• Coverage: Solo coverage at all sites except Burleson
• Support Staff: Nurses, ED techs (paramedics), rad techs, and telemedicine hospitalists
• Technology: EPIC EMR, 24/7 onsite labs, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 Rate: $220–$240/hour
• W-2 Rate: Up to $208/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
