Job Description

We’re looking for a boots-on-the-ground Electrical Superintendent who knows how to run a jobsite like a well-oiled machine.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site electrical activities from rough-in to final commissioning
• Manage and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Interpret blueprints, one-lines, and technical drawings to guide installations
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve conflicts
• Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and quality inspections

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field experience with proven leadership in supervisory roles
• Proven track record managing large-scale commercial builds ($30M+)
• Deep understanding of NEC, OSHA standards, and commercial electrical systems
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tool
