Job Requirement What we are looking for in early talent/new grads:
- Education Required: earned or anticipated Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Technical degrees may also be considered for certain positions.
- Experience Required: 0-2+ years of relevant experience are preferred for entry-level positions.
- Travel Required: <10>
- Analytical mindset and strong quantitative skills with an ability to solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bobcat thrives on collaboration and communication throughout our organization.
- A multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to drive deadlines.
