Job Description

Job Scope: This role is responsible for leading sales efforts and driving growth across all Home Depot departments and subsidiaries. The Sales Director will leverage internal and external resources to strengthen Liberty’s business, ensuring strategic alignment, profitability, and sustained customer relationships. This position provides leadership across multiple functions to balance and align both Liberty’s and the customer’s interests. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot to drive sales growth and profitability across all channels, departments and subsidiaries, ensuring an integrated approach to in-store and online sales. Set strategic direction to align account activities with Liberty’s omni-channel business objectives. Lead all aspects of customer Product Line Reviews, including program analysis, pricing strategy, customer presentations, and negotiations, with a focus on driving both brick-and-mortar and digital performance. Prioritize customer and channel-related activities while collaborating with internal teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring alignment between in-store and e-commerce strategies. Present quarterly channel P&L reports, identifying growth opportunities, gaps, and strategic priorities across all sales channels. Partner with inventory planning teams to manage fill-rate performance and minimize excess or obsolete inventory exposure across both physical and online distribution. Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure high levels of customer service and operational support in both digital and traditional retail environments. Supervise and provide leadership to sales and sales support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in omni-channel sales execution. Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and team development in alignment with company policies and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry. Experience working with Big Box or Mass Retailers is a plus. Proven experience driving omni-channel sales strategies, including e-commerce and in-store retail integration. Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management skills. Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
