Digital Printer Operator

Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking)
11/03/2025 - 02/07/2026
Shift - Mon-Fri/ 3 PM - 11:30 PM EST


Primary Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed digital production printer
• Load paper, clear jams, and unload printed materials
• Perform occasional post-processing tasks (e.g., binding, shrink-wrapping)
• Assist with day-to-day duties such as:
  • Moving paper
  • Stuffing envelopes
  • Packing cartons
• Maintain good attendance and adhere to assigned schedule
• Possibility of full-time employment based on performance, attendance, and attitude

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 2 years of related work experience preferred
• Experience in printing or mailing industry is a plus
• Basic computer skills required; training will be computer-based
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Working knowledge of copiers and related equipment preferred
• Basic electronics knowledge preferred
• Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures
• Ability to:
  • Work independently and flexibly
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Read and comprehend technical manuals and publications
  • Determine correct packing methods and verify packing slips
  • Follow mail delivery instructions
  • Communicate fluently in English (verbal and written)
  • Provide excellent customer service

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk, bend, twist, and stand for entire shift in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to work without accommodations
