Immediate need for a talented Data Conversion Consultant . This is a 15+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Covington, KY (Onsite) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: 401k experience, BA experience (client facing /requirement gathering).
• Backgrounds the team has hired in the past (HR Payroll, HR Generalists, Sales & Technology Sales, Actuaries, Pension Admins, BA's).
• A solid understanding of Client proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW.
• Don't really care too much about job titles, it's the 401K and BA experience they are looking for that is the most important.
• DO NOT need a technical person for this. This is a very functional type of role.
• This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations.
• The individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above.
• A detailed understanding of Client and its products and services is preferred.
• Strong organisational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal partners.
• The ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events.
• Proven problem-solving and client management abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of Client proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW.
• Strong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and problem identification skills.
• Strong organisational/time management skills, auditing skills.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
