The Role We are looking for a Remote Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business strategy, optimize performance, and drive decision-making across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that data is accessible, accurate, and actionable. As part of a distributed team, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while being supported by a strong collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends and performance metrics. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to provide actionable insights. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for stakeholders. Support the development of predictive and prescriptive models to improve decision-making. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements. Contribute to documentation and data governance practices to ensure consistency and compliance. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus). 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. Solid skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis and automation. Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros). Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical findings for non-technical audiences. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
