Job Details:

• Client is looking to hire a seasoned data analyst who can quickly learn our business requirements and help assess our data systems and programs to improve our reporting and other data capabilities.
• This Data Analyst will be expected to assess complex data systems and programs in support of ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests.
• This individual will creates reports, programs, methodologies, and files for the analysis and presentation of our organization's current and legacy data.
• They will review our organization's current and legacy data to evaluate data quality and opportunities for improvement.
• This resource will research new data sources and analytical tools, such as those available in third-party platforms such as AWS.
• This individual will contribute to new application and report development, as well as implementing improvements in product delivery and presentation, through the use of database applications and analytical tools. 
• This person will engage our internal customers in their data collection efforts and seek their feedback on any modifications and improvements they intend to implement.

Preferred Qualification:

• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects and/or programming (JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks) databases.
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing.
