Job Overview: As an Entry-Level Data Analyst at ATC, you will be at the forefront of turning raw data into actionable insights. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on real-world challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply your problem-solving skills in a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and organize data to prepare it for analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools. Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new data tools or technologies. Qualifications: Master’s degree. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization. Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases.
