What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries and insurance plan changes
• Assist members with healthcare screening, appointment scheduling, and finding primary care physicians
• Review member insurance plans and process change requests as needed
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, able to navigate multiple systems while communicating
• Open availability between 7?am and 2?am EST, 7 days a week
• Must reside in the state of Kentucky

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in healthcare
• Familiarity with VoIP systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong problem?solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
