Spirk Brothers, Inc. was started in 1985 and is an Easton-based construction company. We are a full-service General Contractor/Construction Management company with many renowned commercial clients. We are seeking to hire a Lead Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act a point of contact for clients. 

The Construction Lead Estimator/Project Manager will receive:

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle
• Manage project budget and timelines
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Monitor project execution/performance
• Facilitate project status meetings and communicate project status to key stakeholders
• Resolve project issues and manage project risks
• Coordinate comprehensive cost estimates for projects
• Gather and analyze data to estimate the labor, materials, and time required for a job
• Collaborating with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experiencece any construction experience
• Able to read construction blueprints or willing to learn
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Must be willing and able to travel (some months of the year heavier than others)
