About the Company

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified AI AWS Engineer to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team developing real-world AI/ML solutions—not theoretical models. The ideal candidate will design and deploy scalable, secure services that bring large language models into active production environments using AWS-native tools. This hands-on role is for builders who have delivered working AI applications that drive automation, insights, and governance in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build cloud-native microservices, APIs, and serverless functions using AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.).
• Implement and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using LangChain and similar frameworks.
• Lead the deployment and lifecycle of AI/ML platforms through CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform), and GitHub-based SDLC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure AI solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python.
• Demonstrates expertise with AWS services—especially Bedrock or SageMaker—and deploying ML models to production.
• Experienced in fine-tuning LLMs and building production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Skilled in implementing RAG architectures using LangChain or comparable frameworks.
• Knowledgeable in AWS Organizations, policy guardrails (SCP, AWS Config), and IaC best practices with Terraform.
• Comfortable with Git-based version control and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to deliver production-ready software integrated with release pipelines.
