Position Highlights:

$132,000 yearly compensation

$10,000 sign-on bonus available

What You’ll Do:

Provide psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups.

Consult with Providers to assist in patient care.

Serve as primary or ancillary mental health Provider.

Conduct diagnostic, disability, and psychological evaluations.

Contribute to patient treatment plans and provide forensic evidence.

Participate in outcome-based service delivery and clinical consultations.

Conduct trainings for staff and community organizations.

Develop research funding proposals and triage referrals.

Provide coverage, clinical oversight, and supervise staff.

Ensure compliance with TJC, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology

Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice

First Aid/CPR Certification obtained within 45 days of employment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred at a level 10

Knowledge of Revised Codes of Washington/Oregon (RCW/RCO) Statutes

Knowledge of Washington Administrative Codes/Oregon Administrative Rules (WAC/OAR) related to the provision of mental health services

Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based and best practices in the behavioral health field

Knowledge of cultural differences and ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations

Knowledge of culturally relevant resources available, including services for monolingual, non-English speaking clients and Native American clients

Ability to effectively interact with a variety of patients, families, and employees

Ability to effectively collaborate with medical team professionals

Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion

Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
