Campus Director, North DavidsonTitle: Campus Director, North Davidson CampusPOSITION SUMMARYThe Campus Director provides strategic leadership for the North Davidson campus, managing site administration, academic operations and student support services while building partnerships to strengthen enrollment and student success.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupports the mission, values, plans, policies, and procedures of the College. Sets the direction and vision for the campus Leads and supervises the extended campus, including academic operations, student services and resources, and community engagement. Builds strong relationships with local school systems, employers, and community organizations to strengthen enrollment and services that benefit students and communities.

Supports student recruitment, persistence and completion in alignment with college-wide goals. Proposes, develops, and manages the campus budget in accordance with departmental priorities and available resources. Represents the college within the community and serves as key point of contact for external stakeholders.

Coordinates the management of physical facilities and equipment used by the Campus to ensure adequate infrastructure for classroom instruction, administrative and student support, and building maintenance.Assess current and emerging workforce needs and provide academic deans with information to support academic program development. Develop and implement enrollment recruiting strategies for campus service area. Creates and maintains student-centered academic schedules including faculty staffing.

Implements and supervises registration and orientation events. Coordinates student life engagement activities. Recruits and supervises full-time and part-time employees in accordance with college policies and procedures.

Ensures that adequate information and communications are provided to all full- and part-time faculty and staff. Conducts annual evaluation of full-time and regular part-time staff in accordance with college evaluation procedures. Maintains an active advisory committee for the campus.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor 's Degree from a regionally accredited institutionTwo (2) years of administrative or managerial experience required.Two (2) years of experience in an educational settingExperience working with a varied communityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster 's degree from a regionally accredited institutionHigher education administration experienceTwo (2) or more years of extended campus experienceExperience with program and curriculum developmentBi-lingualExperience with strategic planningExperience with developing and implementing student success strategyExperience with developing initiatives and partnershipsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

Ability to make decisions independently and clearly communicate ideas. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills.

Computer skills with intermediate expertise using various software packages.
