As a member of the investment team, you will actively be involved in evaluating investment opportunities and deal execution.

  You must obtain graduate degree in Business or Economics.
• Relevant Experience
  You have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (including internships) within the PE/M&A sector, preferably in IT.
• Analytical skills
  Your strong analytical skills and understanding of financial and management accounting set you apart.
• Tech affiliated
  You have a keen interest in Software/IT companies or a strong desire to learn about them.
• Independent and Organized
  You can work independently and set priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Language
  You have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Process
  Participate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team.
• Deal Engagement
  Proactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies.
• Data analysis
  Analyze company and market information, establish financial models, and provide insights into investment and financing proposals.
• Documentation and Reporting
  Prepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events.
• Support Leadership
  Support Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.
