Job Overview
We are looking for creative, curious, entrepreneurial and team-oriented people to join the Seurat Group as Business Analysts. In this role, you will be a critical member of project teams, supporting the collection and analysis of data while learning how to develop new insights and creative ideas to help businesses grow in the rapidly changing consumer goods industry.
Working at Seurat means always being ready to tackle a variety of challenges and excited and willing to learn something new.
You will be responsible for:

Designing, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative primary research

Interpreting insights from a variety of different data sources and helping the team think about the implications for our clients’ businesses

Conducting secondary research to better understand changes and trends in the industry

Supporting creation of the presentations we use to help our clients understand our insights and recommended solutions

Must be comfortable with numbers and able to draw insights and conclusions from data, whether from academic classes or job/internship experience

Strong written, verbal and visual communication

Intellectual curiosity and ability to master new skills quickly

Ideally have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, but this is not required. Advanced skills in data and social media analytics are a plus
