Overview:
AppleOne is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Bookkeeping Account Manager to support a growing organization on California’s Central Coast. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining occasional on-site collaboration in Ventura and Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in managing multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze client financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations and monthly deliverables
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
Support internal bookkeeping teams to meet deadlines and optimize processes
Identify trends or discrepancies in financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and client service skills
