Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional client service. Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze legal issues effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Capability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines. Commitment to providing outstanding client service. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and/or Delaware. Skills: Proficiency in LexisNexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, Mail Merge, PDF, and Outlook. Knowledge of federal bankruptcy court and civil court procedures, including electronic filing portals (preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
