Job Details

We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer that is looking to expand their skillset and help run day to day operations. Primary duties are monitoring proper quality control, project management oversite, business development, teamwork and client interface.

This role is mainly in office with the ability to work remote 1 to 2 days a week once you are up and running.

1. Help manage a team of Engineering professionals, providing direction and coaching to achieve quality results for our clients.
2. 5+ years of working experience in the Architecture/Engineering field required - PE or the willingness to obtain it.
3. Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers and fire alarms.
4. Experience in designing and implementing fire protection solutions that meet customer needs and comply with NFPA standards.
5. Proven ability to manage regional operations and coordinate with other regional leaders.
6. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
7. Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, including NICET and NFPA.
8. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve their best.
