Title: Appointment Setter - Business Development

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $20.00 per hour, plus weekly bonus potential

Placement Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Appointment Setter who will be responsible for making outbound calls to new prospects to schedule meetings for our Business Development Executives. This inside sales position focuses on lead generation and qualifying potential clients for our staffing services.

Job Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to new prospects to generate interest and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives
  • Qualify leads and gather preliminary information about potential clients' staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities in CRM system
  • Follow up with appointed prospects to confirm meetings and provide necessary information
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Development Executives, Client Solutions Consultant, Client Experience Manager, and the Marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Support TheBest Claims Solutions in achieving client growth goals, increasing market share, and maintaining its prominent industry reputation

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, or Appointment Setting, preferably in Insurance/Claims-related role
  • Prior outbound Call Center experience with demonstrated success in phone-based sales activities
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking processes
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
