Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Law Clerk to join our Walnut Creek office (onsite) for the 2026 summer term. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with legal research, drafting, and case preparation, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for current law students to work closely with experienced attorneys and develop practical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence.
• Assist with case preparation and file management.
• Attend client meetings and court proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
